Shipments and returns

Your order

Packages are generally dispatched within 3  days after receipt of payment and are delivered via Royal Mail. We use Tracked 24 and hopefully we will remember to check the tracking box so emails will be sent out when they are collected by Royal Mail

Packaging will be recycled boxes from local businesses at the present time until a sustainable supplier of recycled boxes can be sourced to reduce costs on the environment and also to the buyer. Your items are well-protected with shredded paper, tissue and we will reuse bubble wrap where necessary as we want them to arrive in one piece.

All work is sold as seen unless it is one of a series of pieces based on a design. If you need further information on any item please feel free to contact us at info@juliemiles.co.uk

Returns are only accepted if work is damaged in transit. Please contact us with 24 hrs or receiving the product if damaged. We will endeavor to rectify and problems as soon as possible.
