Shipments and returns

Your order

Packages are generally dispatched within 3  days after receipt of payment and are delivered via Royal Mail. We use Tracked 24 and hopefully we will remember to check the tracking box so emails will be sent out when they are collected by Royal Mail

Packaging will be recycled boxes from local businesses at the present time until a sustainable supplier of recycled boxes can be sourced to reduce costs on the environment and also to the buyer. Your items are well-protected with shredded paper, tissue and we will reuse bubble wrap where necessary as we want them to arrive in one piece.

All work is sold as seen unless it is one of a series of pieces based on a design. If you need further information on any item please feel free to contact us at info@juliemiles.co.uk

Returns are only accepted if work is damaged in transit. Please contact us with 24 hrs or receiving the product if damaged. We will endeavor to rectify and problems as soon as possible.

All images and designs are copyright of the artist. Please be aware when reposting etc that I reserve the right to delete any image used inappropriately. Please credit me if you are using an image for blogging, social media etc. Images can not be used for commercial purposes unless permissions are sort from me.

All work sold, I retain copyright and permissions must be sort if used for commercial purposes.

Rule 1

Julie has been in her new Studios under the banner of Fired Up North Studios since Autumn 2019 with her partner Mick Redmayne of Redwood Designs. The studio is situated off junction 12 of the M65 motorway follow the signs for Giddy Kippers and drive down the right hand side of there to the car park at the bottom the studios are through the arch way on the right and in the left hand corner of the courtyard, Unit 25, Lomeshaye Business Village, Turner Road, Nelson, BB9 7DR.

She has been working with clay for over 30 years inspired by landscape and nature with inspiration taken from her cottage garden and the floral and fauna of her surroundings. Since adopting a podenco, Leela, in 2019 to keep her company in the studio, Julie had been working on dog comissions amongst other things. The work on sale here are original art works with exception of reprinted greeting cards taken from Julies original works.
